Newracom’s Patent Portfolio’s Proven Strength in Litigation

In February 2021, Newracom sold over 200 US patents to Atlas Global Technologies, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation.

Just four months later, Atlas Global leveraged these patents to file a series of lawsuits against major tech players, including Sercomm Corporation, Samsung, Asustek, TP-Link, D-Link, Oppo, Acer, HP, Compal Electronics, Unizyx (Zyxel), and Dell.

Subsequently, Atlas Global secured a $37.5 million settlement from TP-Link in a Wi-Fi 6 patent infringement case. This legal victory is a clear testament to the enforceability and commercial value of Newracom’s patents.
